Refund policy
General Conditions Applicable to Returns.
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a “no questions asked” free-returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 14 days after the delivery of your Order, free of charge.
In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned to us within 14 days of Order receipt with the following conditions:
- Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents).
- Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels, tags and instructions still attached.
- Authenticity cards, where provided, must also be returned.
- The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
Returns Process
Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address by either:
- Contacting us by calling our UAE number +971 55 403 2468; or
- Logging into the My Account / Order History section of the Website.
Refund Process
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees).
Refund Methods
- Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
- If you opt for store credit, the full refund value will be credited to your MAU account after approval and can be used for future purchases with no time limit.
- Payments made using Tabby or Tamara will be refunded in accordance with the respective vendor’s terms and conditions.
Item Return Policies
Damaged Goods & Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please arrange a return using the Returns Process above. Items must be returned in the same condition as received within 14 days to qualify for a full refund.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If we determine that an item has been damaged, misused, or altered, we reserve the right to reject the return and refund request and ship the item back to you.
If delivery of the rejected item is refused, we will retain the item for up to three (3) months. After this period, we may dispose of the item at our discretion and you waive any right to claim it.
Where applicable, refunds will include original delivery charges, cash-handling fees, taxes, and duties. Replacements may be offered depending on stock availability.
Packaging
Please take care to preserve the condition of product packaging. Our agents may inspect items at the point of collection; however, this inspection does not guarantee eligibility for a full refund.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged by arranging a collection from your delivery address under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are allowed only for a different size of the same product.
- The exchange order is created only after the return has been approved.
- An exchange request may be cancelled at any time.
- Orders paid via PayPal or Buy Now Pay Later options are not eligible for exchanges.
- Exchanges are only available for items of the same price, located in the same warehouse, and eligible for return.
- Orders placed using coupon codes are not eligible for exchange.

Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor returns and refuse orders from customers with excessive returns. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UAE law.
